Ken Yap

Hi, I am Ken Yap, being focus in commercial and industrial property since 2017. As a strong-willed person who is eager to learn, I enjoy overcoming challenges and obstacles that I have faced since the beginning of the day. As a result, I was able to conclude one land deal which located in Semenyih with market value of RM15.5million in Year 2018 and it gave me the first runner-up of Top 10 Sub-sales Achiever Award.

Nevertheless, I still working hard on the road to success and keep improving myself in terms of soft skill which include communication, teamwork and other interpersonal skills such as problem-solving and critical thinking. Thus, with integrating of the above skills learned, I am expecting another deal which involve an office tower that worth approximately RM45million in Bangsar South in Year 2021.

As of today, the area that I am covered up mainly is in Puchong, Shah Alam, and Klang. Despite the current issues caused by the pandemic which has increased the turbulence and challenges in the industry, I believe that we can overcome this with the full support of my team members and gaining expansion of the covered areas to other districts within Klang Valley. Last but not least, quote from Walt Disney, “ If you can dream it, you can do it”.
